Welcome to the new VeloFuze home on the internet
Welcome to the New Home of VeloFuze
We’re excited to welcome you to the newly redesigned VeloFuze website.
Behind the scenes, we’ve recently migrated to a new ecommerce platform to make your shopping experience faster, smoother, and more reliable. While the site may look different, our mission remains exactly the same: to design and manufacture precision bicycle components that solve real problems for riders, mechanics, and wheel builders.
Who We Are
VeloFuze was built by cyclists who understand the details that matter. From the workshop to the trailhead, we focus on products that improve fit, function, and performance — without unnecessary complexity.
Many of our products are designed and manufactured in the USA, using high-quality materials and tight tolerances. We don’t chase trends or shortcuts. Instead, we create components that are practical, durable, and proven through real-world use.
Whether you’re a professional mechanic, an experienced wheel builder, or a rider who enjoys dialing in your own setup, VeloFuze products are made to help you get it right the first time.
What We Do
Our catalog covers several key areas of modern cycling, with a strong focus on compatibility and precision:
-
Wheel Building Supplies
Including spoke washers, nipple washers, and tools that improve load distribution, reduce failures, and extend rim life — especially important for modern carbon and lightweight alloy rims. -
Tubeless Products
From tubeless conversion kits to accessories that help ensure an airtight, reliable setup. Our tubeless solutions are designed to simplify installation and reduce ongoing maintenance. -
Hub & Rotor Spacers and Adapters
Precision shims and conversion components that help solve alignment issues, rotor rub, and spacing mismatches between hubs, frames, and brakes. -
Fasteners & Small Parts
Thoughtfully designed bolts, spacers, and hardware where material choice and tolerances actually matter.
These are often the small parts that get overlooked — but they’re the parts that make everything work together correctly.
Why We Do It
Cycling standards continue to evolve, and compatibility issues are more common than ever. We believe riders and mechanics deserve simple, well-engineered solutions instead of workarounds.
Our goal is to remove frustration from the build process and help you spend more time riding — not adjusting, re-adjusting, or replacing parts that should have worked from the start.
What’s Next
This new platform allows us to:
-
Improve site speed and checkout reliability
-
Expand product information and technical details
-
Add new products more efficiently
-
Better support shops, mechanics, and bulk orders
We’ll also be using this blog to share product updates, technical tips, installation guidance, and insights from the workshop.
Thank you for being part of the VeloFuze community — whether you’ve been with us for years or are just discovering us for the first time. We’re excited about what’s ahead and appreciate your continued support.
Ride on,
The VeloFuze Team
